This is a fun mindfulness activity to get you away from your screen. Underline, circle, or highlight lyrics that stick out to you. You can black out or color in the lyrics that you did not highlight. When you are done you will be left with lyrics that are meaningful to you and you can come back to when you are feeling down to lift you back up.
